Horrible company and management. Horrible place to lease from. I rented for 6.5 years from Regus Landmark. Internet and phone services have regular outages. Water leaked into my office. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people talk in neighboring offices. Front desk is left unstaffed regularly. Regus overcharges, changes policies regularly with no notice, and will double your rent regularly. Thomas Mlnarik and Kaylee Diaz are non responsive and unhelpful in solving problems. Poor management and deceitful business practice. We have a virtual+ office here for one year. Prior to signing up for the virtual+ office here, we were given a list of services this virtual+ service would provide with a monthly flat fee, including mail collection. After signing up, a mandatory "mail collection" fee was added to our account without notice or permission. This is a total scam! They have contracts that you can never get rid of and have to pay forever. It would be nice if they told you in advance!
