Poor management and deceitful business practice. We have a virtual+ office here for one year. Prior to signing up for the virtual+ office here, we were given a list of services this virtual+ service would provide with a monthly flat fee, including mail collection. After signing up, a mandatory "mail collection" fee was added to our account without notice or permission. This is a total scam! They have contracts that you can never get rid of and have to pay forever. It would be nice if they told you in advance!
I work for one of the office in this building and dropped my wallet on the parking garage. The front desk guy found it and give it back to me. It is amazing how he remembered what floor I went to and go straight to me to return my item. He is a life saver!!!
