I would rather say poor service than what we actually get, which is no service. There is water leaking through electrical wires as I type...I have called half a dozen times and been routed to the unstaffed desk at this location multiple times, even after I have said there is no one here. I have emailed, with pictures, twice now. Not a single helpful person, nor a reply to the emails explaining there is a serious hazard happening right now that puts them at odds with the Omaha commercial space code. Signed up for month to month virtual office address. 2 hours later, I had to cancel as a colleague had signed up for another address. My START DATE was the next day. Not only did they refuse to reimburse me, but they also insisted that, although I initially signed up for a month-to-month plan and called to cancel two hours later, I was still required to pay for the first TWO months upfront.
