My wife has an office with Regus, and we are more than happy with the services from the receptionist at the front desk. She is helpful when we have questions. She is attentive and professional, as well as a kind; and friendly, young lady.
I signed up with Regus OKC 9 months ago. They are supposed to answer the phone with my company name and the phone number doesn’t even get answered. I have spent $20,000+ on advertising, websites and marketing materials all with this phone number on it. I have discussed this with the OKC office staff and nothing ever gets resolved. Trying to move from one office to another inside in Regus, front desk can't handle, sales Ashley Mcain can't handle, 1 months after still waiting for her boss call me, and everyone poiting finger on someone's fault.
Just signed up 2 weeks ago and tried to contact the OKC office no response to finishing setting up address. Customer Service terminated my account but said I will be charge for 2yrs. I feel like this is a scam. I only wanted to do month to month.
We cancelled our membership and are still being charged. When we try to contact someone for help we can not get in touch with anyone after being on hold for a very long time. I want to leave a better review if someone would help us close out our account and help us with our retainer fee. Thank you.
