This is the absolute worst experience I've had trying to rent an office!!!!! Inwas told forst and last monthbto move in sign contract and then went to location to rent 6 days later then the Said my first and last month were due 6 days ago when you signed now you need to pay that to get your $65 key per person plus next month's rent is due immediately as well and late if not paid by the 15th. Lack of communication and keeping their word from day one. There is a good amount of turnover so it is hard to establish relationships with frontline staff that is essential to your business. They promised furniture but never delivered. I also had charges I didn’t agree to and it took months to stop the charges. Finally they charged a $800 cleaning fee for an extremely small space and the space is cleaner now than when I received it.
Super easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone.
