Waiting over months to get my Retainer balance back and they still have not returned it. I have contacted this place 10 times sent multiple emails followed all the things they have said to do and yet nothing. My biggest mistake was even choosing to use these guys in the first place. Falsely advertise low rates, then try to jam you into an overpriced office. Sleazy salespeople who won't have jobs in 5 years.
The receptionist was very rude when told her I couldn't bring in food with a mask with my asthma. She then threatened my job. I explained to her. but she walked away. She had dark hair and asian.
STAY AWAY!! Their billing system is borderline fraudulent. I leased a virtual office on Feb 15th. They charged me for the remaining part of February and an extra month. By March 1st they tried to convince me I was past due. I spent 30 mins being transferred to different people before getting someone that told me they would look into it. I paid the monthly fee for March. Come April 1st I was supposedly late for May (yes you heard that right) and was in collections. This place is a joke!
