I unfortunately cannot recommend working with Regus or their area manager, John Murphy. We had toured a couple of locations including a relatively new spot in Bensenville which we liked but needed a few days to discuss. I had a wonderful experience here. They are extremely helpful and informative.
Pretty Poor Customer Service. Front Desk always has a bad attitude. Makes you feel like they're doing you a favor. Grumpy, hesitant to help. Scares away clients. Decor is outdated, kitchen cups are dirty. Really, is it that hard to have some pride in doing your job? We are paying a service, and not getting any value for it.
