Jackie Carrington is the Community Manager of this office space location and she is excellent at what she does! The office kitchen space is always stocked with supplies (tea, cups, and condiments). The lobby waiting area is always clean and organized, fostering a friendly welcome space for clients. Most importantly, she is attentive to the administrative and customer service needs of clients, going above and beyond her job duties to ensure that everyone is cared for. As a licensed mental health professional, I signed an agreement with Regus Pike & Rose expecting a quiet, secure, and supportive office environment. Outside of Jackie being wonderful and flexible, Regus as a company has not delivered on what was represented. There is no front desk staff after 5 p.m., which raises safety concerns when I see clients in the evening. The office also lacks sound insulation — I can clearly hear noise from neighboring suites, which compromises confidentiality during sessions. Basic amenities like p... read more
