I love this office building! Have been a tenant for years, the facilities are modern, well kept and provide many amenities. The cafe downstairs has pretty good food (some of the best tater tots I’ve ever had) at reasonable prices. The views from the 11th floor are truly breathtaking! I have John Wayne airport to my right and can see Catalina island on a relatively clear day. The management team (Sharon and Saul) are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Two thumbs up guys, keep up the hard work!

A home away from home As a current tenant at Regus at John Wayne, I can confidently say that this executive office space has exceeded all of my expectations. I love this office building! Just moved in a few weeks ago and the facilities are modern, well kept and provide many amenities. The cafe downstairs has amazing food (some of the best tater tots I’ve ever had) at very reasonable prices ($3 and a surprisingly large portion!). The views from the 11th floor are truly breathtaking! I have John Wayne airport to my right and can see the mountain ranges of Catalina island on a relatively clear day.
