They’re true scammers. When you cancel, they force you to pay for the 24 months of “rent.” It’s a 24 month contract according to them and they never tell you, they changed it from a monthly to a 3 month to a 24 month thing without telling you which is illegal according to California laws. And if you do not pay it, they send you to collection, threaten to bring you to court and report that to your credit profile. I booked this space last week for a work trip. A week later, they canceled without explanation through an email that went to my spam folder. When I called, the person was rude, hung up on me, and offered no solution whatsoever. I later learned through corporate that they had rented out the entire building—but no one informed me directly. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely dismissive of their customers. I wouldn’t trust them again.

It has been three months i vacated Regus office space, and I still did not receive my retainer refunded. I tried calling them in all the methods ( Calling the office space where I rented, emailing them and updating details over the portal). There has been no action taken by any of them, when it comes to invoices payment and refund I am deeply upset with the level of service that Regus has offered me. Please do not use them is my suggestion do a google search on the user experiences before choosing Regus.
