It has been three months i vacated Regus office space, and I still did not receive my retainer refunded. I tried calling them in all the methods ( Calling the office space where I rented, emailing them and updating details over the portal). There has been no action taken by any of them, when it comes to invoices payment and refund I am deeply upset with the level of service that Regus has offered me. Please do not use them is my suggestion do a google search on the user experiences before choosing Regus.
This is a great place to have a satellite or small office. Tucked inside a quiet office complex, the offices have a relaxed, professional vibe to them. There is a nice, light meeting room you can use. The staff there is amazing and super nice. Like having two extra assistants to help you.

My experience with Regus in the Newark, CA, has been exceptional. Giselle and Ryan are professionals. They are excellent in providing support and are quick to resolve any concerns. Both have such a positive and amicable demeanor. I appreciate their dedication and diligence!
Having been to almost all the co-working spaces in the tri-city area, this one’s the best for co-working as well as private offices. It’s secure, safe, and provides great infrastructure. The team, including the Community Manager is very helpful. Highly recommended without a shadow of a doubt.
