I WOULD GIVE REGUS ZERO STARS IF I COULD . SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THEM IS LIKE SELLING YOUR SOULD TO THE DEVIL . It looks good but 0/10 do not recommend. I had problems from the beginning (no access card the day of move in , double billing for parking, withdrawing money without an invoice etc.) Beware of the hidden fees (priority internet, copy machine cost, monthly coffee fees, parking etc). Terrible experience I’m a small business owner I was looking for a office went and did a walk through sat down talked about them next thing you know he Jeff is trying to get me to sign something I didn’t want too. I never agreed nor finalize anything but yet here I am getting emails saying I owe them thousands of dollars. It’s unreal. Truly. Then he threatens me if I don’t pay itll go to collections. This is a scam! Worst experience ever! Now I have to get a lawyer to fight for my rights from this fraud!
Space is nice. Location is nice. Key to office doesn’t work so we have to ask staff to let us in each time.

Signed up online to do a walkthrough/ receive more information- the next day I received 6 phone calls in four hours from various lines of Regus, which I could not pick up because I was busy working. Instead of leaving any messages with information to call back, they called again the next day, twice in 15 minutes. When I spoke to the representative and kindly asked if I could receive less calls or if they could hold off on calling me until I have a time to call them back, I was told "we won't be calling you again" and she hun... read more
