Signed up online to do a walkthrough/ receive more information- the next day I received 6 phone calls in four hours from various lines of Regus, which I could not pick up because I was busy working. Instead of leaving any messages with information to call back, they called again the next day, twice in 15 minutes. Terrible experience I’m a small business owner I was looking for a office went and did a walk through sat down talked about them next thing you know he Jeff is trying to get me to sign something I didn’t want too. I never agreed nor finalize anything but yet here I am getting emails saying I though them thousands of dollars. It’s unreal. Truly. Then he threatens me if I don’t pay itll go to collections. This is a scam! Worst experience ever! Now I have to get a lawyer to fight for my rights from this fraud!
I am confused as to why Regus has all these poor reviews, because I've had a great experience here! The front end manager Krista was beyond helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain and answer all my questions with much aplum. She is the reason I will be doing business with this company. It was her personality and attention to my needs that sold me. Thanks again Krista!
Terrible experience with this company. They clearly do not care about their clients. The entire operation is mismanaged and unorganized. Krista, the receptionist who answers the phone couldn't be more abrasive, rude and unhelpful. Customer service is non-existent.
