The way that the Regus offices in New York conduct themselves is appalling. There's no mind for customer experience. We received 2 weeks notice - 2 WEEKS! - that our mail forwarding service would be cancelled due to the location we were a member at closing. 2 weeks to update our corporation's mailing address with a myriad of government agencies before. No "we're sorry." Just them expecting us to continue paying our bill for another 6 months though. Even though they stopped providing the services that we agreed to.
Nice place
Not exactly my preference for co-workibg, but this facility was clean, spacious and run quite well.
