UPDATE: After escalating through my credit card company, the late fees were ruled in my favor — yet Regus has continued to apply additional late fees and rebill charges related to the same issue. I’ve now had to dispute multiple charges just to keep my account in good standing, all while paying under protest to avoid service disruption. I’ve been a virtual Regus member for over 5 years and have always appreciated the convenience, but lately the experience has been frustrating. Despite being on AutoPay, they keep charging me late fees and refuse to reverse them—even though I’ve been told more than 70 other members are experiencing the same issue. There’s no phone number to call, and the general manager, Oscar Valenzuela, hasn’t responded to any of my emails.
