Worst service. No value for a customers words. I’ve been a customer of Regus for over four years at their 57 West 57th Street location, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My contract was automatically renewed on December 1, 2025, despite the fact that I had not received any services since mid-2025 and did not see any renewal notification. The space is below average, there is nobody to speak to and they do not give you back your security deposit. If I could give zero stars I would. Hopefully people reading this will Go to any other company to find a place to work.

DO NOT RENT HERE. We were Mislead and manipulated to extend my lease longer than I needed or wanted. They only care about MONEY MONEY MONEY. Still haven’t found an appropriate contact to help with my issue, they are hiding behind screens and not giving us the appropriate contact to handle the issue.
