I’ve been a loyal customer of Regus since August 2022, but their treatment of clients is absolutely appalling. They notified me that their 1740 Broadway location was closing and gave me the option to move my mailbox to 1325 Avenue of the Americas. I terminated my agreement accordingly. Yet, despite the location shutting down and their inability to provide services, they are STILL trying to charge me for services they cannot deliver. Excellent customer service
If I could leave less than one star, I would. They do not treat their customers well, the people who work there are extremely rude, and they are excessively overpriced. I would never recommend them to anyone.
The worst of the worst please read their outrages restorations fees before signing the contract.
