I had a physical office for 3.5 years. This company is beyond cheap. When I first began to rent my office I was told that any of my guest/clients would get free coffee. That never happened. When I brought it up, they made me aware it wasn’t in my contract. I would get regularly over charged on invoices. The front staff would give me credits on future bills bc the corporate office was impossible to work with. They’re in Singapore without the phone access…even to the front desk employees! Predatory pricing, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What is listed as $400/month somehow turns out to over $4000 after signing?!?! And they will avoid you every time you attempt to end contract. How is this legal??
