I had a physical office for 3.5 years. This company is beyond cheap. When I first began to rent my office I was told that any of my guest/clients would get free coffee. That never happened. When I brought it up, they made me aware it wasn’t in my contract. I would get regularly over charged on invoices. Predatory pricing, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What is listed as $400/month somehow turns out to over $4000 after signing?!?! And they will avoid you every time you attempt to end contract. How is this legal??
Working with them has been a nightmare. I signed up for a virtual office for a business address. I immediately began being charged late fees - even though they were charging my card via auto-pay. It took months of back and forth in email, phone, and even a stern letter. I was still never credited for the late fees.
