Convenient, quite office rental location. Helpful staff.
If I could leave a negative 5 star review, I would do that. I’ve been renting this garbage office for 6 months and unfortunately I signed a contract for a year so I’m stuck here a little longer. In the 6 months of being here, our A/C has gone out 3 times leaving the office space at 85+ degree temps and unusable, the WiFi has gone down 4 times (for days and days at a time), there are groups of 5-15 unemployed adults who loiter at the back door everyday waiting for someone to walk through so they can get in, mooch off the A/C ... read more
This place is a dump, they are trying to charge me a $9,000 restoration fee for these crappy offices, they did not even invest $9,000 on the entire building. We have pictures of the 4 offices they way we left them, they were exactly the same way we got them. We rented 4 offices for 4 weeks, the offices were not restored when we took them, GOOGLE was leasing the offices just days before. They will be hearing from our lawyer.
