Update to my review posted last month. I still have not received my retainer. I have to post these reviews because the company does not have any contact number/email or even any person who has the authority to handle these cases. Everything is done offshore. Be really careful when deciding to get an office here.
Be careful when signing up. My office lease ended on the 30th of September and still have not received my retainer back. Their "policies" state that the retainer is to be returned within 30 days of the lease ending. After countless emails with the reception staff, who put in many enquiries, I finally received an email yesterday stating that my retainer will be paid "during the payment run during the first week of January".
