Extremely disappointing experience dealing with a serviced office provider within the IWG network. Following termination of an agreement at their South Melbourne location (operating under the HQ brand at 72 York Street) on 31 December 2025, we have been waiting several months for the return of a bond, despite completing all required documentation. The location is excellent, the facilities are well maintained, and the overall environment is professional, spacious, clean and welcoming. A special mention to Mary, the Office Manager, who is outstanding. She is always helpful, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We have been here for many years, and throughout that time, the reception staff Mary, has consistently been warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to assist us.
Amazing facilities, made even better by the super helpful and kind Mary on the front desk. She has made our transition into the new office seamless!
