The staff Maribel and Maria are very friendly and always very accommodating looking and striving to make everything the best and most comfortable possible for when you come in to work in the office. It’s always clean and they decorate for the holidays. I can’t say enough about how great they are.
They do not handle billing and any issue you have the front office is incapable of assisting. There is no customer service number you can call. When they give you one it will say "We are currently closed" no matter which day or time you call. You can only put in a ticket online that goes through a CRM system and they will close the "ticket" before you get a chance to respond. Would give 0 stars if possible and I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews for businesses. They do not handle concerns of their clients. They do not provide any assistance with getting billing handled or provide accurate numbers with resources to do so. They don't know who to call in order to get help with billing. The information provided is inaccurate.
Love the building design. Spacious and good parking
I booked a space last minute, and the process was easy and rooms were available. Prices are competitive compared to similar spaces around town and require no monthly membership. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and easy to work with. Great choice of different spaces so close to home. I’ll be booking again, and recommending the space to other WFH and small business owners.
