Intentionally bad admin responses. The reason for this is to support intentionally opaque and confusing billing practices. After settling my bill - I still had to field collections calls 2-3 months after. Terrible experience - no integrity here... Another reviewer called it 'bait and switch'... its worse than that. Avoid this supplier. --My response to their response: "Fill out a ticket"? - I paid my last bill. That should be the end of it. You had plenty of opportunities to address my concerns. You didn't. Unhelpful support, bait and switch marketing, and hidden fees. I feel like I've been tricked by signing with Regus and no one should be made to feel this way. The few people in the local area I've spoken to were kind, but in the end, were unable to offer any practical assistance. If this is your only option, be sure to call first and sign with a human, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE.
