Awful Company! I've been getting harassed for a debt that doesn't even belong to me. My mother was using their office space service and they tricked her into renewing a contract for another 2 YEARS! She blocked them and went no contact (kept paying longer than she should have by the way). Returned her keys and decided to leave. Our company moved into Regus in July of 2020 and we have had the best experience so far. The workplace is always clean and well organized. The resources are well supplied and the staff go above and beyond. Nonie and Tyler are very friendly and go out of their way to help our business grow. The office space is very nice and the local staff (who have changed innumerable times in the past 4 years) try to be helpful, but the company overall is horrible - they constantly overbill and use unconscionable practices (look them up on BBB or entire website devoted to complaints (regus sucks)) and then you have to waste many hours trying to get things resolved/credited. This center is the epitome of community. Very professional front desk, friendly environment. My business runs smoothly because of the competency and care in which this center is run. The Valley Stream team gave a client appreciation party that was wonderful!
Prepaid rent on a volunteer basis in May through August, 2015. It's December 22 and still no reimbursement, and it's though they don't care. The manager, can't even say, "I'm sorry." I do not trust them.
Pretty cool apartment, Clean and soft. Awesome Bedroom, kitchen also dining pretty cool. Definitely i appreciate and recommended.
i had a charge on my account for 69.95. after some work looking for where it came from i found it came from a 1.99 grant funding research disk that i ordered. apparentlyt they charge 69.95 2 weeks after they send you the disk ......if you find these charges this is the number you probably need to call. but i dont think many people know how to track this charge
