Think twice when you sign off the rent contract especially for a long-term period of the contract. I rented a small office for one year, and I made contract another 2 years at the end of the first rent term. After 6 months, I wanted to cancel the contract, and I am going to have to pay for the rest of the 18 months. If you compare with standard house rent contract, this is absolutely not fair. And You have no way to make deviations with the contract. I would say no, no, no.
