Find somewhere else! The internet has been terrible for the last month or so. It reached the point where we had to transition to working from home. Cell reception is also garbage. When we reached out to Regus about correcting this, they claim they're working on it, but the internet is still unusable. They are actively denying our request to terminate early, despite the fact that the office is completely useless, now. Seriously, go somewhere else. It's not worth it.
I have been leasing here for 2 weeks and so far the experience has been great. Tami and Kelsie have been very accommodating and nice to work with. We had an issue with the building's HVAC and Tami was able to get it completely resolved within 24 hours. The space is clean & well maintained and so far I have zero complaints. I was hesitant about moving our company from a much larger office space to downsizing to a Regus location, but my team and I have had a great experience at the Lehi - Traverse Ridge site. Our headquarters, located out of the state, meant that we needed something for our small Utah team to work effectively after the Pandemic. Love coming to this office once a week. The staff is helpful and on the ball. Always clean and great views!
First, Regus’ receptionist, Lisa Loveless, was immediately helpful in offering assistance. Her boss, Tammy Brown, was just as kind and helpful. We are seniors that needed help with our documents being printed. They went out of their way to help us, no question about it. This may seem like a small act to some, but their sincere concern and time meant the world to us in helping us. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
