These people do not follow the agreement that is outlined in the lease. They constantly change the house rules not the lease agreement. I am still pending my deposit due within 30 days and the community manager keeps saying it is "one month" after the end of the agreement. NO it is 30 days. He will not help. The phone lines for upper management are routed so you only get sales and you have to call 3x with a complaint before a sales person will get you out of the loop to the city manager who is not doing his job to assist.

Terrible service. They charges you fees and then don't provide the services. I had a virtual office, and they didn't collect the mail. Do not use this place as a business address as they are very unreliable, and the front desk staff are arrogant and rude.

The woman at the front desk…was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful when I did not know the name of our housing area on a new house we purchased. Thankfully another woman offered to help and immediately knew what subdivision we were in by a simple question.

I have sent three messages to the property representative, Eric Fletcher, over the past couple of weeks inquiring about one the office spaces and still have not received a response. Hopefully failing to respond to potential clients is not common practice for the company as a whole, at this point I’m not sure I even want to do business with Regus. I have now started seeking space in other areas.

I was very disappointed when I found out that this place was using inappropriate business practices such as auto renewing your agreements months in advance of the contract end date. This is just a poor business practice and I no longer want to do business with them. I would encourage you to read the fine details on every message from them so you don't get tricked into extra contract commitments.
