I've filed with BBB. My experience has been very similar to others who have given poor reviews here and with BBB (as of today, 816 total complaints in the last 3 years). There is a couple of nice people like Tiffany at the front, staff whose hands are tied in terms of being able to help you. Everything is sent to their AI chat, who then does nothing to help. I’m a new tenant and found the move-in process very smooth. Tiffani & staff are very helpful when you need them and answers all of your questions. The office spaces are clean, quiet, and perfect for my work needs. Would highly recommend Regus to anybody looking for reliable office space for their small business.

I have been working at Regus in Lake Oswego for 7 months and love it. The front office staff is friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful and responsive. It has been a great experience with a warm and supportive feel.

Solid shared office space. Good building with a gym. Friendly and helpful staff.
