I've been with Regus - Lake Elmo location since year 2020. It is almost June of 2026 and I am still here! We have gone from a 1 person small office to a 2 person office and now, an 4 office suite and soon down to 2 offices. Throughout the whole process, Tom and Kathy (located at the front desk of suite 100) have been so tremendously helpful with explaining the cost of everything and making sure we have what we need to successfully run my business. This is the third regus facility I have been a tenant in. I have been here for eight years. It is conveniently located near my home and has free parking. There are also a number of lunch/restaurant locations within a half mile of the center. It was recently renovated and is nicely decorated. My office also has a view of a pond where ducks, geese, and an occasional turkey are going about their days. Of the locations I have utilized, the front desk staff here is my favorite.
