Regus is a horrible, unethical business, and the spaces are terrible. If you get stuck next to an exterior door, you can enjoy the sound of a door constantly slamming closed throughout the entire day. They don’t provide a visitor badge to let yourself in, so I occasionally get stuck outside waiting for the host to return. They also changed my access after I signed a 1 month contract and told me it would cost an additional $130 per month to use provide me the access I signed up for. We had same problems as Anna review with this location as mixing mailings between companies and missing important mailing.
We had Virtual address with this Regus for 2 years. They have a huge problem mixing the mailing between companies. We received 5 times a forwarded mailing services package with mailing from a totally different company. Also, 4 other companies called our company and said that they received forwarded mailing package with our company on it. We also missed such important mailings from insurances, state and audit.
