We are on month 4 of our contract and have experienced multiple billing issues already. The front office staff is nice, but unable to help sort out our issues and we don't have any access to communicate with anyone else. The portal is finicky at best and when I have tried to escalate issues for help, I have not receieved any response. Unfortunately, we are on a 2 year contract which is limiting our exit options, but I would absolutely not renew or refer this company to anyone based on our experience so far.
Do not do business with Regus. Before you take my word for it, read their BBB reviews -- they paint the same picture I experienced. Hidden fees are buried in their auto-accepted contracts, and their web portal rarely functions as advertised. If you don’t manually cancel the auto-renewing lease through their system (even if you notify them in writing that the portal is broken and that you do not wish to renew, as I did), they will still auto-renew your agreement. They are STILL holding my "retainer" (deposit) of $1,198 long past when they owed it back to me. They owed it to me 5/30/25. This company systematically exploits their customers. This is an international problem. Good location and building, but the staff is what makes this location special. Sylvia and Kelly are friendly, professional and very helpful. My clients love them and I love being able to get admin help when business gets crazy.
