Extremely poor customer service. Technology issues. Unwillingness to work with you. We got a new credit card for our business and so one of our payments did not go through. Our new credit card could not be added to the online portal because of their technology. I have tried multiple times to resolve it but they insist there is nothing wrong with their system.
