I can’t emphasize enough how I wouldn’t recommend renting from this company. They’ve made several policy changes that range from inconvenient to detrimental. The front desk is frequently unstaffed at the Briarcliff location. They charge a non-refundable restoration fee yet they provided me with an office that was clearly not restored or cleaned from the previous tenant(s): non-functional blinds, a long visible patch of glue residue on the carpet that they won’t replace, a thick layer of dust on the baseboards, dead bugs on t... read more
