Update 12/14/23 This place is still trash. Do not use them! It's really the company and lack of corporate customer service. The location/ building is okay. I just keep paying for a service I do not use and they would not let me cancel. You can only email them and they send copy paste email responses. They have held my security deposit past 30 days of my move out date. The contract says could take up to 30 days however they offered no solutions and have just blamed this on Regus switching payment systems.
Usually work from home but contractors were doing work and was way too loud. Found Regus via Google and booked an monthly office ASAP using their 24 hour great website. Amazing location and beautiful office. Reception team was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Got help when I had questions from remote service team too. Even was able to work in the kitchen area for a couple of hours when needed as part of monthly membership. Regus continues to bill my credit card 3 months after cancelling service. This business is poorly run and I wound not recommend them to anyone.
We have rented office space from Regus, WeWork and many other firms at our company and Regus is remarkably bad - I highly suggest looking elsewhere. The issues are non-return of deposits (now 3 months late and counting), charging for services that were demonstrably rejected (like saying no to a "coffee card" and then somehow being charged for coffee?), and avoiding any form of human contact to resolve a problem.
