Correct my invoice now. They added charges out of nowhere. I signed a 6 month lease on Nov. 25th. I went to pay for my first month invoice and their system couldn't process my credit card. Instead of manually putting it in, the front desk ladies told me there was nothing they could do accept submit a help ticket which did nothing. Because I was not put in touch with the right Regus member to resolve their payment process issue, they charged multiple late fees onto my account. PLEASE READ THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REVIEWS BEOFRE SIGING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! I have written full reviews at BBB so please see that as there are hundreds of 1 star reviews. I wish I had looked there before signing up with them. It is easy to sign up but impossible to cancel. I was there for two years and had no negative experiences until I tried to cancel.
