Regus is not small business friendly. From day one, we had payment issues even after providing proof, and the receptionist Nhembrah can be dismissive and unhelpful (Rhonda has been nothing but nice to us). Their fees have hidden costs, and once you sign the lease, you’re stuck whether the staff treats you well or not. Poor internal communication, poor service, and not worth the price or head ache. Absolutely fantastic place to cowork. Quiet, clean, full of amenities and locations close to everything! Highly recommended when you need a change of pace or a good place to get things done.
Nice place in Wallet. We use a large conference room quite often. Front desk is fairly helpful. They do nickel and dime you when it comes to things like coffee. The conference room is very well kept. Place is very clean. Great place to meet clients.
