This is a great location and easy to get to the office. However for the last several months the service and front reception has been terrible. It has been an open door policy where we have no idea who will be in the reception area and if someone will be there at all. It has been poorly managed at present. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a new office . I understand the El Segundo Regus office has good service .
I have dealt with a few times, Regus trying to increase me rate MID lease. Not anywhere close to renewal. Beware of contracts and your invoicing, especially on auto renewal. They will also "lose" your packages EVEN with proof of their employee signature and say its not their problem.
Lynnea, the front desk manager, is truly amazing. She is attentive, welcoming, and has such a great personality that makes everyone feel comfortable right away. From the moment we rented our workspace, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism combined with her positive energy really stands out, she made our entire experience that much better. We truly appreciate her support and highly recommend this location because of her!

The front desk manager is quite helpful and friendly. Offices are clean and kept up. Overall a good experience.
