The front desk manager is quite helpful and friendly. Offices are clean and kept up. Overall a good experience.
Do not rent here. The walls are PAPER THIN but more importantly, they will not return your security deposit! If you check online, there are tons of forums about this company never returning the security deposits after the tenant has departed. I am still waiting on my security deposit of $3500 and I moved out 3 months ago!! The only way to contact someone regarding anything is to create a support ticket and you never hear back because they are backed up with thousands of tickets apparently.
