I’m a monthly member and visit this location several times a week. Out of all the locations, this one is not the closest to me, but it is definitely my favorite. I mainly use the business lounge, and the space is always welcoming, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also really enjoy the surrounding area, which adds to the overall experience. There was one highlight to the overpriced shoebox that I pay more than $1,600/month - not to mention the overpriced scanning and copying, and that was the free 2 hour use of the community room daily. The last nicety this greedy corporate giant imparted to us as clients has been stripped away without notice or ability to contest and - of course - with no reduction of monthly rental fee.
