The offices are clean and quiet and most, like mine, have a wonderful view. There is a quiet waiting area, coffee made with fresh roasted beans, and a kitchen area for lunches. Leisa, the office manager, and Shannon, her assistant, greet clients, organize office needs, take care of mail and UPS/FedEx, and essentially take care of all of the details to allow for a stress free personal office experience. Horrible Branch, Have requested in writing and email to cancel virtual space for 2 years and they keep billing me. Someone claiming to be their attorney tried to tell me I was not allowed to cancel the virtual office lease! I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION ever!!!
We've had an awful experience with Regus. Like others, we called ahead of our stay in Greenville to sort out our co-working space for the month. The agent over the phone was super helpful, sent us a proposal over email, and we trusted what she said and signed it. Turns out she was extremely misleading. We were told we could stay at the office as late as we'd like each day, that parking was included, and assumed that we would get a private office as described with no fuss.
