Absolutely worst customer service. I paid and within 24 hours they triple charged me. I had to cancel my card. Now they won't refund. After 48 hours of emailing and contacting by phone, some guy called but wanted to blame all the charges on me. When I proved to him I paid, with copies of receipts, he said he wasn't authorized to help. I called the number he gave and still waiting for a return call 3 days later. Awful. I found a much better place for less with excellent customer service-Venture X. 😎

Shady business. They are sneaky with their renewal contract. Never received a notice of renewal not in paper mail or email. Never signed or agreed to another year lease and now they claim I cannot cancel and am stuck with them for another year. Nowhere in my documents on their website does it state I agree to a 1 year renewal every year when I signed up. Absolutely unethical company with shady way of renewing contracts to keep you stuck. Not willing to work with you even after 4 years of business with them

The offices are clean and quiet and most, like mine, have a wonderful view. There is a quiet waiting area, coffee made with fresh roasted beans, and a kitchen area for lunches. Leisa, the office manager, and Shannon, her assistant, greet clients, organize office needs, take care of mail and UPS/FedEx, and essentially take care of all of the details to allow for a stress free personal office experience.
