If I could give zero stars I would. Signed up for an office last year. The office wasn’t great but for the price it was OK. The renewal process is terrible. We got an email that was slipped in with all of our other invoices and we were auto renewed with the price of our office doubled. No signature. Just an email and your payments doubled. This is almost as frustrating as it is to get someone on the phone with this company. I called the automated number which hung up on me twice. The initial pricing fir our budget, and we were told it was stable month-to-month. Then these guys jacked up the price!. It feels like the original rate was just a way to get us in the door.

Signed up with a promotional rate and asked multiple times if it would increase. We were told no because we were month-to-month. Later, they raised it anyway. Not what we agreed to. Be careful working with Grapevine Regus!

I’ve leased office space at Regus in Grapevine since November 2024 and it’s been an excellent experience. The location is great for my clients. I love the office I have. It has a full wall of windows and overlooks a lovely green space. The office staff is WONDERFUL! They are friendly, professional and helpful.
