Don't Sign Up For a "Google Business Location" We rented office space from Regus specifically to establish a Google Business Profile location. The sales rep confirmed this would work with no issues. After 3 months and multiple attempts to verify the address with Google, we couldn't get it approved—the space doesn't meet Google's guidelines for business locations.
