Terrible billing practices that they disguise with even worse communication. Avoid at all costs, and note that there are legitimate office spaces in the exact same building for a third of the cost.
Edit: My first review in order to get help was almost a month ago. I am still waiting for this group to resolve a simple accounting issue. I do not recommend this group and Regus. Can someone from "Regus headquarters" get in contact with me? Here is my regus account number: 12738018. This management has been doing "accounting" on my account and I was charged way extra for making a switch from one office to the other despite their "promises and words and emails" before I signed the contract. Had an appointment here Showed up at 1:15 pm and a note read will be back at 2 pm They left the front desk at a shared office space unattended for an hour
DO NOT DO IT !!! Customer service is horrible and they will bind you into a contract and treat you like dirt .. never again will I get an office here YALL NEED TO RUN they act like they care and don’t. There are other affordable options out here I am warning you don’t do it.
