Our start up company rented space for 5 months from Regus. They were very nice and accommodating at the beginning and until we received a bill at the end of our lease for the equivalent of one months rent. Originally they claimed it was for damages. We shared that we had video proof of the perfect condition of their office and then they changed the charges to termination fees. These are hidden fees that they don't tell you upfront.
