STAY AWAY Frauds misrepresent and lock you into a 24 month term when you sign up for month to month. They also over bill you and will take your money + deposit + additional two months advance and will refuse to cancel and refund even when you never agreed. They will also threaten to start collections on you if you don’t pay into their 24 month fraud that is supposed to be month to month
Charged $1360.00 for a 15 day test trial. I made a deal with Regus 20 days in advance and they asked for the keys early (15 days in) and charged me for two months. bait and switch. I was told there was high speed internet turns out they dont have high speed internet. 12/30/2020 I raised a ticket in the Help section of the Help section on the Regus website and they closed it in Regus favor. No changes were made.
Really enjoy using this space. Everything you need and the staff is very helpful.
