We have been at the Edina Regus for over 3 years and are very happy. The front desk staff, especially Monica have been exceptional! Whenever we need any type of assistance or questions, she’s all over it.
Monica and Jane do a tremendous job! Everything is great!
Overall a very good experience over the last 6-7 years. Your receptionists are always competent and willing to help. The current receptionist Monica always has a positive attitude and most willing to assist in any way she can. She does a very good solid job in my opinion. One issue outside the office is when questions come up regarding billing invoices, it appears no one locally has any authority and it needs to go thru several layers before a final decision is made!
