I am extremely disappointing experience. My business license was not approved, and even after explaining that I cannot move forward with their services, they refused to pause my account and continued charging me. How can a company require a business license to use its services but still take your money when you cannot use the account? Their unwillingness to work with me feels incredibly exploitative. I would seriously think twice before giving this company your payment information.
Tiffany is wonderful. Always helpful and very responsive to our requests. We enjoy our space because of people like her. Give her a raise!!
