I had an amazing experience during my visit! While waiting for my appointment, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Linda Peck, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I sat down in the lobby, she made me feel so comfortable with her kindness and warm personality. She was so sweet, and honestly, the time I spent waiting flew by thanks to her great company. I even told Dani she’s a keeper! Highly recommend this place – you’ll be treated like family from start to finish thanks to Linda!
Regus seems very fast in threatening businesses to make payment on time. I have been with them for a year and have tried to get out of the contract with no success. I have never made an appointment to use the Draper location since I signed the contract. It seems like they are always focused on their bottom line instead of yours. I would tell anyone looking to rent from them to think it over before making the decision.
I've enjoyed my day-to-day experience here. I work out of this office 5 days a week. Reliable internet, private office. The front staff could not be any nicer and are extremely helpful; though much of the business is out of their control. They do a great job. There is a lot of nickel-and-diming with this company. Very hard to understand contracts, payments, and you often pay for the month before (i had multiple conversations prior to signing; they try to automate as much as possible). Exactly my point! (See owner response below) - My account is my name (NOT hard to find) then they ask me to take steps I've already taken... very very dismissive, difficult, and dishonest contract renewal -- work from home or get an office elsewhere I recommend. Tricky tricky... I rented an office for one year. At the year mark I visited the front desk to cancel my office space but was surprised to learn that (using a different email address) they had 'automatically renewed' my lease!
