DO NOT DO IT! The building is not nice, the bathrooms are never cleaned, Regus corporate staff is unpleasant to deal with and Regus is extremely scammy. They charge you an extra month of security deposit (on top of the initial two months) if you do not authorize them to charge your card automatically. You do NOT want to authorize them to charge your card automatically because they often bill you incorrectly. Edit 7/14: We are being charged a $500 move-out "restoration services" fee. We've asked since the day we moved in for peeling paint and window damage to be repaired, but Crystal ignored all requests. The attached photo shows the state of our office when we moved in (paint is still peeling from my initial review). We asked Denae to have the fee waived given the state of our office from move-in to present, but she declined.
