Do not ever rent an office here or in any Regus. Bob the sales rep lied every step of the way and included extra services in my package without telling me they costed extra. He didn’t warn me about the deposit, nothing. And Regus corporate told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything after I canceled my service, but they charged me for an additional month and then sent me to collections Never rent an office space from Regus, especially from Bob in Bozeman. The staff at this location are very helpful. They highly value their customers and help escalate concerns that require Regus corporate attention. I’ll likely get a new lease with them in the future. The price was very good as well.

There is a constant turnover of employees, which makes it nearly impossible for the service to improve or remain consistent. Communication is consistently poor, and there is no manager on-site to provide proper oversight or accountability. I strongly recommend reading the contract very carefully—what you sign is not always what you end up paying. There are discrepancies that are not clearly communicated upfront.
