Bozeman driver's are rude and highly unskilled.
Do not EVER rent an office space here - tons of hidden fees (charged me $450 “cleaning fee” for my 100 sq ft office with no carpet) made it impossible to cancel, and there was no air conditioning in my office in the peak of summer. The office looks like an asylum (concrete walls, floors, plastic everything, instant coffee only). There’s 100 better coworking space in Bozeman that won’t try to nickel and dime you (and are MUCH nicer). Coming to Regus was a huge mistake.
This place will find whatever possible charges to invoice to you and give you little to no explanation of why these charges exist. Cosr me $425 for “ cleaning fee” for moveout when my office was spotless. 0/10 do not reccomend to anybody.
Do not sign up for an annual contract with Regus. The contracts auto-renew for an additional full year THREE MONTHS before they expire--i.e. nine months into your first year--and cannot be cancelled. This despite being a frictionless, fully virtual service--we do not rent any physical space or mailbox in the building, nor do we even use their mail forwarding service. Expect messages to customer service to be ignored.
Read the fine print, upon leaving the rental agreement you will be lucky to get any of your security deposit back. Would not recommend leasing any space from The Regus.
