The staff is nice but the company customer service is terrible! I had to cancel our office here and use another center because it is closer to our home. It was a pain to cancel and when I did they automatically signed us up for mail forwarding. I talked to 2 ladies at the center and they confirmed no mail was forwarded and that they did not sign us up for mail forwarding. I have a phone call recording from Nov 2 where the center manager is confirming that I should not be charged and she goes in and opens a case for me. Custo... read more
