Truly a terrible experience. Constant rotating door for property manager. Unkind and always unknowing about systems, policies, rentals, or general basic questions. They failed to share life and safety messages with our team, claiming they didn’t know how to use the email blast system, leading to us having to reach out the building to get all notifications directly. We booked an office space for 3 days- my boss got covid and they told us over the phone and via email we wouldn’t be charged for cancelling. They charged us anyways and when we showed them the emails confirming we wouldn’t be charged they ignored them. Haven’t had a worse experience booking an office space.
Billing is a nightmare. Spaces are nice. The backend is challenging.
The space is perfect for us. We have access to any kind of room (conference, co-working, etc) that we need. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and more than willing to help!
