The space is lovely, but the company is horrible to deal with. If you have an established business and expect to see clients when you schedule them, go elsewhere. The company decided to rebuild the space and fully expected me to change client appointments to roughly 30 miles away at the last minute. The billing system is a nightmare. I do not recommend regus. I’ve been with Regus for 2+ years. Unfortunately they do not value their clients. They will be quick to take unauthorized amounts out of your account and take weeks to get it back to you if you’re lucky enough to get them to even process a refund. You cannot remove your card off the regus app so they will have 100% access to your account unless you’d like to open up a new bank account. I am still trying to decide to rent with them. Located in an ideal space, everyone is really nice, great customer service but, the spaces were too small for the price. I was a bit confused when I talked to multiple people from the same office before I saw the property.
