From the initial conversation of signing this misrepresented their products and then dealing with the Cranford support center has been a nightmare. The Corporate office are in complete disarray. I'm extremely disappointed with Regis, they're hiding under contract Auto renewal policy, I had no intent to Auto renew my service even though I express many times that I want to terminate my service I still have to pay almost a full year amount to close this account. I will never do business with them again.
