We had a conference room reserved at Regus Cornelius, but due to an emergency, we had to cancel three days in advance. Despite providing what I believe was ample notice, we were still charged the full amount for the reservation. Used car salesmen, will not give you online advertised prices, entices people with a fresh coat of paint and off-brand IKEA furniture, charges fees for everything but breathing, sales team lacks knowledge of their own products and will utterly waste your time. This Wal-Mart of office buildings is as crooked as they come. They assume you are stupid then act shocked when they realize you can do simple math. My advice, just look elsewhere and save your time and your voicemail and email inbox space.

Regus Lake Norman is a great office facility (newly renovated), with an experienced support staff that is always accomodating to business needs. As a nine (9) year tenant, I have been very pleased with the quality of service at this location.
