The building is on a beautifully landscaped corporate campus with views over a golf course and canal. It has a lounge area and floor-to-ceiling windows providing lots of light. And when you take a break, the offices are surrounded by lakes and there are shops, a bank and restaurants nearby.

Virtual offices are great in general, but Regus has been automating all their process adding hidden costs that keep showing up even after months of cancelling their services. I purposely selected a monthly payment plan in case I didn't like the service and they still keep charging outside of the monthly fee. I received 3 invoices after cancelling the service two months ago. Then you call and they bring a new service that wasn't on the original agreement.
Keep spamming me and i'll consult legal counsel.
Do not rent office space here! The customer service, esp Diana the Deputy Manager, are rude and ineffective. They randomly introduce policies that prevent you from using the space as a permanent location. You can’t take video calls in their premise. if you want a physical location to meet with customers and establish presence on Google, do not go here. They lock you in and then when it’s hard to leave they completely cease all customer support.
